Training Youth for Success (TYFS) is a 5 wk, M-F, programming - 2dys at pay. Job ready training 3 dys/wk. assists youth in obtaining gainful employment & job retention when they enter the workforce. Includes resume writing, mock interviewing, business dress & etiquette, computer skills training, socialization skills, financial literacy, soft people skills, transferable skills, critical thinking skills, community service projects, thinking & problem solving skills, time/resource allocation, business basics, conflict resolution skills & practical job experience.
