Fever Confidence
What happens when you fuse the power of Marion County Commission on Youth, Indiana Fever, and Pacers Sports and Entertainment? You get the Fever Confidence program!
We’ve been building confidence and resiliency with an amazing cohort since tip off in early 2025 and are excited to officially open up applications to the next annual cohort!
Join 15 – 20 of your peers on an adventure in experiential leadership learning opportunities that reinforce confidence, support mental health, and inspire wellness. Whether climbing to new heights—both figuratively and literally—or leading your community by connecting with the next generation, you will have the chance to grow and develop throughout the program in a variety of ways.
From November 2025 to May 2026, the cohort will meet monthly, typically on Saturdays, with activities including community outreach and confidence-building group activities that support new relationships. Mentors to the group will include women leaders from the Fever franchise, Pacers Sports & Entertainment, and other community and corporate leaders. Participants in Fever Confidence will not only have the opportunity to learn and engage in the program, but also build lon-term relationships among a group of supportive peers and mentors. All this AND participants will earn a $2,500 contribution to their educational pursuits post-high school graduation.
