Youth today are facing many unique challenges, and we know that supporting them means supporting our youth workers who serve them every day. Our Trainer: Fletcher Elliot

Fletcher Elliot (they/he) is a career educator, facilitator and trainer with more than 10 years in youth work. Fletcher has a Masters in Education from IUPUI and completed their Bachelors at Indiana University – Bloomington. As a former leader in health equity for gender-diverse individuals in Indiana, Fletcher’s role as the Director of Capacity Building and Professional Development includes surveying, designing, adapting, and providing strategies and implementation to the community from youth workers to youth-serving organizations.  Fletcher strives for quality and equitable opportunities for youth in collaboration with MCCOY’s mission and vision. Fletcher is also an avid gamer, Lego enthusiast and enjoys watching anime.
