Summer Internship & Fellowship Program: Predominantly Marion Co Latino college students. Prepare for the workforce with hands on experience in their field of study. 1st Yr Experience Program (5 students), 125 hrs job shadow experience for incoming college freshmen. Summer Internship Program (20 students) for college sophomore- 200 hrs. Fellowship Program(5 students) for high performing seniors 300 hrs. who must be enrolling in a higher education program in the fall & exhibit strong communication skills during the interview process. Mandatory 3-dy orientation & training focuses on equipping & preparing students with the professional, leadership & soft skills to be successful in a professional setting.
