As a result, developing a strong understanding of basic nonprofit management principles is critical to creating the organizational infrastructure that makes it competitive in today’s philanthropic environment. Building a Sustainable Organization is an interactive workshop that provides resources, strategies and applicable tools for participants to implement these nonprofit management principles within their organization, focusing on organizational mission, board development, strategic planning, program development and resource development.
