The Raytheon Black Employee Network is gearing up for its annual Young Minds Initiative. This year the event will take place on Saturday May 12th at the Raytheon facility located at 6125 East 21st Street Indianapolis, IN 46219. The Young Minds Initiative is a unique half-day experience where students have an opportunity to explore and participate in a hands-on Engineering experience at Raytheon. This year, the grades range from 6th to 12th grade and students can participate in various Engineering activities such as Electrical Engineering, Engineering Automation, Virtual Reality, Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering and Program Management. The students will also engage in a panel discussion where Raytheon Engineers will share their personal career experiences and provide insight into what to expect during college and in the work force. Breakfast and lunch will be provided to each student.
