Description

This session invites participants into a compassionate space to explore the impact of intergenerational trauma and the pathways to healing. Together, we will examine how trauma can be passed down through families, cultures, and communities—and how resilience, too, can be inherited and nurtured. Through reflective exercises, storytelling, and grounding practices, we will begin to untangle patterns, restore connection, and reclaim personal and collective strength. This session centers healing as both an individual and communal act, honoring the pain of the past while nurturing hope for the future. Whether you're just beginning your healing journey or continuing a lifelong path, all are welcome in this circle of growth, remembrance, and restoration.
