Youth develop & utilize their leadership skills through rotating leadership roles (Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Budget Director, Safety Officers, Conduct Officers, Meal Officers, Escort Officers, Media Officers, Transportation Officers & Cadet Justices). We foster leadership, opportunity & respect in all neighborhoods. Do Something Positive, Be Someone Positive & Have Something Positive. Work to achieve success & not obtain material things. We study the "Blue Book" daily (created by SFC firefighters) to develop the cadets into leaders. It includes a cadet contract, leadership roles & responsibilities, camp treasury & role wages, effective organizational performance, stages of youth development, conflict resolution & 40 developmental assets. Junior Cadets (ages 6-9); Core Cadets (10-13) & Cash Club Cadets (14-17). Lunch provided.
