Ladies Under Construction 

Girls are split into age groups for mentorship led by 2 mentor facilitators. 1:1 mentoring, 8-10 hrs/mo. Self Esteem Building, Character Building, Conflict Resolution & Positive Peer Interactions. 10 wk session. Girls interact with each other, work on a volunteer project & engage in a fundraising activity.
