Guiding Paths to Success (GPS): Substance use disorder has a devastating impact on teens, families & communities. Even teens who complete treatment have a high percent of relapse especially during summer. Our program addresses the social, emotional & psychological needs of teens recovering from substance use disorders. Open to all Central IN teens with substance use disorders. Teens work with a Recovery Coach to set recovery goals, develop recovery action plans, solve problems & develop life & social skills. Weekly college & career readiness activities, academic credit recovery, community service & social activities. They will set health & wellness goals. July.
