Are you expected to help people in crisis or struggling to cope with life’s challenges?

Learn how to comfortably and competently work with those who are desperate, hopeless, and thinking of suicide. ASIST is an evidence-based 2-day intensive and interactive workshop designed to builds skills in de-escalating a suicidal situation and building a safety plan. Conversations with those at risk of suicide require skill and collaboration. Safety plans are critical to keeping those at risk of suicide safe in case mental health services are delayed or not obtained.

Dates: March 19th – March 20th ( Participants must attend both days )

Time: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Location: AWS Foundation, 5323 W. Jefferson Blvd, Fort Wayne

Cost: $75 (Materials and lunch are provided)

CEUs: 15 Category 1 mental health CEUs ($10)
