2018 Fall Break College Tour: October 17-19, 2018
We are thrilled to offer 9th -12th grade students the amazing opportunity to attend the Y-Achievers Fall Break College Tour.
In October we will travel to Chicago, Illinois to visit college campuses. We will stay as a group in a hotel and travel in a comfortable motor coach for the entire trip.
The cost for the tour is $100 per person or $75 for Y-Achievers Program Participants & YMCA Facility Members. Space is limited!
Full payment is due at time of registration along with a recent headshot (emailed to [email protected]). The attached form will serve as the registration form for the tour. Please READ CAREFULLY, sign the agreement, and return to the Avondale Meadows YMCA.
We will fill the spaces on a first come, first serve basis.
