GREMLINS will kick off the film-filled evening at 6:30p.m. In GREMLINS, Billy (played by Galligan) inadvertently breaks three important rules concerning his new pet: never expose it to bright light, do not let it get wet and do not feed it after midnight. He accidentally unleashes a horde of mischevious gremlins on his small town on Christmas Eve. GREMLINS 2: THE NEW BATCH will begin at 9:30 and tells another tale of the gremlins; this time they are in New York City taking control of a high-tech skyscraper.

Between films and after the 9:30 screening, fans will have the chance to meet Galligan for pictures and autographs. Galligan’s career started in 1982 on an afterschool special television series; he made the jump to the silver screen in 1983. Some of his notable work includes playing Billy in GREMLINS and Rick Brogan in TRAGEDY with Molly Ringwald.
