Eskenazi Health West 38th Street, Eskenazi Health Center Blackburn, Eskenazi Health Center Westside) are joining forces to host a community health fair at 5515 W. 38th St. in Indianapolis from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2018.
Visitors to the health fair will have the opportunity to meet nurses who provide care at the health care sites and participate in a variety of free health screenings. In addition, knowledgeable personnel will be on hand at information booths covering a wide variety of topics, including but not limited to, health insurance, family planning, nutrition and much more.
The day’s activities will include:
• Sports physicals from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. for students ages 10-18
• Basic school supplies provided to school-aged students
• Zumba class
• A town hall meeting with Dr. Harris, CEO of Eskenazi Health
