This HR Essentials training will present some simple tools and processes that they can take and begin using the next day to set clear expectations, be consistent, and manage people in order to manage results.
The content will focus on three crucial skillsets:
- Onboarding: creating a focused learning and development plan for their direct reports so new employees know what success is within the first 90 days
- Continual performance management: how powerful conversations can be had throughout the year to adjust expectations and enhance learning
- Adaptational management: meeting employees where they are in their development while remaining authentic and holding them accountable
